A Baby Breast Feeding Doll

I was actually a bit surprised when I saw that there is actually a breast feeding doll that you can get now. I saw the story at USA Today and I was really surprised. I’m not necessarily opposed to the idea. I don’t think there is anything wrong with it, but I think a lot of parents might not like this type of doll for their daughter to play with. I’m not here to pass judgement on it, just to let you know that it is coming out.

I’m not really sure what to make of this. Obviously a lot of little girls like to play “mommy” and this is definitely part of it. It’s something to be a little controversial for some parents. I can definitely see some other parents that would like the idea. It is teaching these girls that you have to spend a lot of time taking care of a baby. It’s not like a happy little doll that you feed when you want. It cries when it needs to be breast fed and that could be educational.

As my readers, I’ll leave it up to you to determine where you like to see a baby doll like this. I don’t know. It is definitely unique, that is for sure.
